- 1lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined
- 1lb Scallops Patted dry
- 2 tbsp Olive oil or butter For searing
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- ½ tsp Salt Adjust to taste
- ¼ tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
- ½ tsp Smoked paprika Optional for added flavor
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 2tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish

Prepare the Seafood: Pat dry shrimp and scallops with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika (if using).

Heat the Pan: In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium-high heat until hot.

Sear the Scallops: Add scallops to the pan in a single layer, making sure they do not touch. Sear for 1.5-2 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp: In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
